Established by Late Ghanshyam Das Singhania as a small retail outlet along with his son Late Mr. Satyanarayan Singhania in a small village, named Madhupur.
Expands With the newfound success built on the back of loyal customers and preferential pricing Late Mr. Singhania decided to open a rice huller plant .
Business practices based on honesty and integrity made Late Mr. Singhania one of the most reputable rice traders in Jharkhand (formerly Bihar).
In an unexpected event KSAI rice suffered its biggest loss by passing away of Late Mr. Ghanshyam Das Singhania, whose value will always be at the core of KSAI rice.
Late Mr. Ghanshyam das Singhania was survived by his son Late Mr. Satyanarayan Singhania who at the time was 40 years old, who took over the reins of the company along with his son Mr. B K Singhania & Late Mr. A K Singhania.
Mr. R K Singhania joined the company at the bottom to learn the tricks and trade of the business. Extremely passionate and driven by the vision to expand nationwide.
Late Mr. Satyanarayan Singhania with the same vision and ethics as his father, along with the young blood of the family paved the way for a new manufacturing unit in the heart of Madhupur.
KSAI Rice suffered with its second biggest lost since inception with the untimely passing away of Late Mr. Satyanarayn Singhania.
With Late AK Singhania’s management, RK Singhania’s Lesioning, and BK Singhania’s Strategies KSAI exploded nationwide becoming one of the major suppliers of Rajasthan, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and West Bengal.
KSAI doomed with another unfortunate loss of our beloved soul & Late Mr. A K Singhania.
Despite the flames of the financial crisis, KSAI rice remained debt-free.
Due to ever-increasing demand, KSAI rice sets up another processing line
Due to increasing competition and demand for quality non-basmati rice, RK Singhania, Bappy Singhania & Rocky Singhania stepped up to incubate a world-class rice manufacturing unit, with state-of-the-art machinery from the top Japanese brand none other than Satake.
KSAI rice changes its corporate charter to that of a Private Limited company due to the new found support of international investors and was named Karia Sati Agro Industries Pvt Ltd.
KSAI rice celebrate 60th Anniversary and many more to come.
