Ksai Rice

Sona Masuri is a medium grain Non-Basmati Rice which is majorly grown in the Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh region of India. Sona Masuri is very economical low-cost rice & comes with an average grain length of 5 MM – 5.1 MM. Sona Masuri rice contains less starch and is easily digestible. It is largely exported to West Africa, South Africa, East Africa and Bangladesh. The elongation ratio of the grain is 1.25 times if cooked well. It is available in Raw, Steamed, White Sella & Golden Sella.
